State control and supervision in the public administration system on the example of the federal service for supervision of healthcare for the Republic of Kalmykia

The article analyzes the activities of the Federal service for supervision of healthcare in the Republic of Kalmykia, which performs control and Supervisory functions in the field of healthcare. The problems of control and Supervisory activities of the institution are identified and ways to solve them are presented.
