This article is devoted to the analysis of state control and regulation of pension insurance. During the work, the relevance of the problem under consideration was identified, the work of various authors on this topic was studied, the concept of state regulation of pension insurance was studied, as well as the main methods of control and regulation implemented by the state in the field of pension insurance were defined.
