State control in the field of procurement

The article deals with the construction of the public procurement system as a guarantee of rational spending of public funds. The regulatory and legal field of public procurement as a control and analytical environment is investigated. The state control of public procurement on the basis of international approaches is generalized. The principles of public procurement control are considered and a paradigm approach is proposed to expand the range of controlling entities.
