The public sector of the Russian economy: assessment of the scope and efficiency of production

The article shows analyzing relative indicators production efficiency in a public sector during the pre-crisis period, with author’s critical understanding of problem of privatization of the Russia economy. Author supposes that public sector development is the condition of strategic economic development.
