State sovereignty: political aspects of its providing, problems and prospects

The article provides an analysis of the essence of the concept of state sovereignty, the features of its strengthening and development at the present stage. The main attention is paid to the qualitative changes in state sovereignty in the context of globalization, digitalization, and transformation of Russian national-state identity. The author examines the resources and difficulties of implementing state sovereignty and draws attention to the weakness of the scientific and theoretical development of this problem.
