The state-civilization as a political form of existence of a multipolar world

Introduction: one of the key worldviews of the resurgent state ideology of Russia is the idea of a statecivilization, which acted as the doctrinal basis of the Concept of Foreign Policy of the Russian Federation. According to a number of scientists and politicians, it is the state-civilization that will become the main political form of a multipolar world. However, there is still no consensus in the scientific literature on the content of this concept and its qualification features.
