Readiness of masters to innovation pedagogical activity: essence, structure and content of main components

The article analyzes the category of “innovation” in pedagogical activity. The features of the types of pedagogical activity are revealed. The article suggests the characterization of creativity in the context of dialectical unity of situational and norma- tive behavior of the individual, as well as productive and reproductive human activity. The author's definition of innovation pedagogical activity is given. An emphasis is placed on understanding the readiness of undergraduates for innovative peda- gogical activity. The author concludes that the readiness of the masters to innovation pedagogical activity should take the following: into account the specific characteristics of two types of teaching-educational work and teaching in subjective terms must be deterministic readily master to implement the reproductive professional activity and a corresponding willingness to implement the activities actually creative innovation. The readiness of the masters to the innovation of pedagogical activity should be submitted to motivational value, intellectual-cognitive, effective, practical and emotional-volitional components.
