Teacher's readiness for creative activity in an innovative paradigm

From the point of view of the system approach the problem of definition is solved in the article positive potential and risks of stratification of modern Russian science and school, focusing education on the need for the subject of education not only a wide range of diverse knowledge, but also the manifestation of creative experience, which can be mastered in terms of creative education. In this context, the author reveals the imperative of modern education: ensuring the readiness of the teacher for creative activity, manifested in a variety of aspects, relationships, relationships, the most important of which are the relationship "man-nature", "man-society", "man-culture". Due to the fact that the developed criteria of creative potential, obtained on the specific material of pedagogy, have a universal character, they can be applied to the development of new strategic lines in the formation of the regional educational cluster. The expert needs a preliminary formalization of the initial data, providing for a description of the input factors of the state of the pedagogical activity management system. It is established that in the aggregate of influence of the specified aspects the teacher is formed as the creative personality, as the teacher of "new type", as the competent specialist capable to professional and personal self-development, owning a wide range of pedagogical innovations and capable to carry out further innovative educational activity.
