The authors study the problems of the readiness of the teachers of the system of the general and additional education to the realization of the educational programmes in the context of the educational inclusion. There are characterized the knowledge, skills and experience that are necessary for the realization of the set problems in the sphere of the spiritual and moral, intellectual, working and creative education of students, there are introduced the methods of the development of the consciousness, persuasions, value orientations, stimulation and motivation of students’ behavior. In the conclusion the authors suggest the teachers to answer some questions for the reflection and evaluation of the own readiness of the realization of the educational process in the inclusive environment.
