Readiness of police officers to communicate in the context of the formation of professional competencies when studying at the university

Socio-psychological and methodological aspects of forming readiness for professional communication of police officers with citizens and in the service team are considered. Тhe results of the study are Presented, which empirically revealed that in General, respondents are optimistic about their readiness for professional communication. At the same time, they noted some difficulties regarding their willingness to use methods of prevention and constructive conflict resolution, their ability to negotiate and apply legitimate psychological techniques. In this context, the cognitive, motivational, emotional-volitional, behavioral and axiological components in the structure of the studied professional competence are described. Based on the taxonomy of bloom's tasks, tasks were developed for use in practical classes in order to develop this professional competence among cadets of operational search specialization.
