The willingness of students to an independent work under the conditions of distance education

The article is discussed the main types and forms of distance education, the relations between an independent work, self-reliance and self-education, determining their place under the conditions of distance education; it is presented the results of experimental study of willingness to implement an independent educational activity under the conditions of distance education.
