Urban planning policy on the example of implementation renovation programs in the district of Vernadsky area

The article discusses the main principles and priorities of urban planning policy, the concept of a renovation program, an integrated approach to the implementation of renovation in the city of Moscow, the problems of implementing a renovation program in the Vernadsky Prospekt area. As part of the study of the implementation of state policy, the author analyzed the implementation of the renovation program in the Vernadsky Prospekt area, described the results of the study, and drew conclusions.
