“Rebuses of graphic letters” or learning to read handwritten documents of the 11th - 19th centuries

The article deals with the modern resources of learning to read handwritten documents of the 11 th - 19f h centuries with application of information technologies. The paper describes the computer program developed at Tyumen State University. The program is designed not only for university students, but also for a wide range of users, it is aimed to raise interest in the history of Russian written language and its documentary heritage.
