Proper execution of primary medical documentation as the main source of dentists’ rights protection

The article is devoted to the necessity of competent design of the primary medical records. The article describes the main sections of the content of dental patient's card. Medical records are discussed in terms of professional legal liability. The basic concepts are the ethical risks of treatment, the rules and principles of bioethics. Conclusions are drawn based on analysis of the quality of design of primary medical records.
