Civil aviation - a special profession with its strict rules

The article considers the developmental peculiarities of the Russian Federation transport system (on the example of civil aviation). The author underlines the influence and close interrelation of professional training of air crew, land services (aeromechanics, dispatchers, navigators, operators of equipment and processing of planes, starters, etc.) in air transport safety.
