The author considers the current issue of citizenship and patriotism in its relationship with the Russian identity of student-managers. The article provides the definition of such terms as "civil and patriotic Russian identity" (CPRI) and the "development of CPRI", the model of development of CPRI of students by the regional cultural values in extracurricular activities in the form volunteering and social partnership is described.
