Civil legal capacity of minors age 14 to 18 years

The article draws attention to the rights and obligations of minors from 14 to 18 years of age who have partial legal capacity. The main elements of legal capacity are considered: transactional capacity and delinquency; the conditions under which legal capacity can be limited and the conditions under which a minor can acquire full legal capacity are described. Also, suggestions were made to improve civil legislation by fixing the content of the concept of «small household transaction» in the civil code of the Russian Federation».
