Civil liability for plagiarism: problem statement

The article analyses the current legislation on the liability for plagiarism. The authors draw attention to the need to improve civil legislation on the modernization of the conceptual apparatus (inclusion of the plagiarism concept in the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) and create the system of regulations stipulating a special mechanism of civil liability for plagiarism.
