Civil law protection of the rights of consumers of medical services

The article is devoted to the study of issues of civil protection of the rights of consumers of medical services in the Russian Federation; the main legal instruments and mechanisms ensuring the protection of the interests of consumers receiving medical services are considered; special attention is paid to the problems related to the realization of the rights of consumers of medical services, as well as the prospects for the development of legal regulation in this area.
