Civil legal protection of the rights of consumers in the provision of medical services

This article is devoted to the protection of consumer rights in the field of healthcare. The most effective methods of protection and problems that may arise in patients with this procedure and what solutions are possible to solve the problems are considered. During the study of this topic, a number of articles from the legislation that regulate the healthcare sector and consumer protection in this area were analyzed. For the clearest understanding of how this happens in practice, judicial practice was used. In the end, conclusions were drawn according to which, in order to restore their violated rights, citizens are increasingly turning to the judicial authorities, so it can be assumed that consumer protection in the healthcare sector is most effective in this way.
