Civil legal regulation of formation of property (material) basis of economic activity of corporations (on the example of economic societies)

the article provides a comprehensive analysis of the civil law regime of property as a material basis for the economic activity of corporate legal entities. On the example of economic societies, the author analyzes the current legislation and the provisions of the civilistic doctrine in order to consistently cover pressing issues of legal regulation of the formation of the property base of corporations.
