Civil legal regime of crypto currency in Russia

The article deals with civil issues of cryptocurrency in Russia. It describes the emergence of a digital financial asset, further development paths and the formation of a new regulatory environment that will ensure a favorable and legal legal regime. Presents the prerequisites for creating a regulatory framework and the suppression of illegal actions by cryptocurrency owners. Examples of the implementation of the right of fiduciary settlement funds in the practice of Arbitration Courts and Courts of General Jurisdiction are given.
