Civil legal status of foreign citizens: essence and features

The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal status of foreign citizens, taking into account the peculiarities of the influence of migration processes on the socio-political and criminal state. The analysis of some civil legal relations, providing the possibility of participation in them as subjects of a foreign element, is given.
