The article examines the issues of legal relations between the parties before concluding a contract that is binding by law and negotiations when special property relationships arise between the parties intending to conclude a contract. The author criticizes the viewpoint according to which the requirements for compelling the parties to conclude transactions are non-property and based on organizational claims, which is supported by a limited range of legal remedies. He proposes to distinguish such requirements into obligatory and other.
