Civil society in Kyrgyzstan as a factor of development in the era of digitalization

This article examines civil society in Kyrgyzstan as a factor in development in the era of digitalization, and also draws attention to ensuring a balance between the state and citizens, protecting the rights and interests of the population, promoting transparency and accountability of power. In the era of rapid development of digital technologies, civil society in Kyrgyzstan is undergoing significant transformations. Digitalization opens up new opportunities for mobilizing citizens, activating their participation in public life and increasing the transparency of public administration. However, it also carries a number of challenges, such as the spread of disinformation, the growth of cyberbullying and the deepening of digital inequality.
