Civil society in Russia in the context of transfer of innovation

The article analyzes the theoretical and instrumental context of the development of ideas about civil society in Russia. The authors show that in the process of testing and implementation of civil society constructs the instrumental context associated with the concept of social and humanitarian innovations is poorly considered. The authors emphasize the importance of this self-reflection for understanding the mechanisms of effective action of the chosen technologies and modeling schemes of implementation activities. The results of the expert panel survey conducted in several regions of Russia in 2012 and 2016 are considered as markers of the nominated provisions.
