«Ready for work and defense» in the life of modern students

This article considers the complex of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex "Ready for work and defense" as one of the systems of physical training and its role in the formation of a unique personality of a student. Definitions are given and the advantages and capabilities of the "Ready for work and defense" are given. The conditions for active physical culture, its influence on the body is given, and the advantages of the "Ready for work and defense" for students in their future professional activities are considered.
