The humanistic paradigm of social management

The article analyzes the modern features of social management. The author notes that with the development of social relations the value of the human factor in the activity of an organization is growing. As a result, the humanistic paradigm of social management is spreading. It is a consequence of renewal of the society in general and its economic system in particular.
