The article under consideration deals with personality component of a military higher educational institution graduate model. The system of building up the model is determined where component, structural, functional and parametrical kinds of analysis are taken into account. The three sides of structure of a personality revealed in the given model should be taken into consideration in humanistically oriented upbringing of cadets of a military higher educational institution.
