S.T. Shatskii's humanitarian project (in commemoration of the 100 th anniversary of «Bodraya zhizn» colony)

The author analyses both the social preconditions for setting up and developing the “Bodraya Zhizn” colony and the main results of its activities. The key components and principles of S.T. Shatskii's educational work characterizing his democratic and humanistic pedagogy are defined in the article.
