Humanization and humanitarization of contemporary education

The study of the authors is carried out in the context of the processes of intercultural dialogue unfolding in recent decades, which directly provokes interest in specific (special) educational phenomena, one of which is the formation of a leading European country - the Federal Republic of Germany. The main marker of the uniqueness of modern education of Germany is its humanization and humanitarization, reflected in the dichotomy: Berlin and Leipzig scientific schools of education, which form an updated European personality, in demand under the influence of historical, economic, political and sociocultural changes that occurred in the country after the unification of Germany and the GDR in a single German state. The difficulties of a subjective nature reinforce the role of pedagogical science in the preparation of a citizen of a new type; based on the normalization of the potential conflicts, restore harmony, to regulate the relationship between people. The article deals with the system of mechanisms (organizational, motivational, economic, etc.), developed by German scientists, intended for the sphere of education and education of the subject, focused on new humanistic values, humane attitude to people and the world around. At the same time, the humanization of the German education is presented as a multifaceted process of self-determination of the individual, the disclosure of her creative potential, the creation of a humanitarian sphere that promotes the development of value orientation and moral qualities of the individual.
