The article determines the ways of humanization of education in the educational establishments of the Ministry of InternalAffairs which is one of the means of overcoming the anthropological crisis in the modern society. Special attention is given to the analyses of modern approaches to education and upbringing on the basis of social situation in the higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
