Khabarovsk tribunal as an outcome of atrocities of Japanese militarism

In article the historical - legal aspect of the Khabarovsk trial as the first trial directed on prohibition of manufacturing of the bacteriological weapon and its use on people is presented. On the basis of legal analysis of normative acts regulating usage of biological weapons norms of international law were formulated to prohibit production and usage of biological weapons over people.
