Technologies of hype in a parliamentary activity: actual trends

The article analyzes cases of hype in the process of parliamentary activity using specific examples. The author notes that often deputies as public politicians generated hype through their actions, statements, initiation of bills, and emphasizes the fact that the effect of media hype can be multidirectional.
