The effect deriving from the hanafite law school, which was established within the framework of Islamic Sunnism in the early middle ages, upon the political configuration of the middle East, demonstrating its actuality currently. The article reveals the essence of hanafism as a law doctrine, that carried the innovative regulations by the standards of the middle ages, that contributed to the wide dissemination of the hanefism in Eurasia. The author analyses the genesis of the hanefi law school, systematizes its main stipulations, and also reveales the form of connection of the hanefism and modern justice.
