In conditions of field experience on the leached chernozem of the Republic of Tatarstan the largest increase of leaf surface and of crop capacity of potatoes after using preplant treatment (LFSC-3 at a concentration of 1,0%) and foliar (LFSC-3 at a concentration of 0,1%) treatment was 37,4% and 25,0% compared to the control.
