The nature and intensity of the growth of the muscles of simmental and crossbred bulls at puberty

The article presents the results of studying the nature and intensity of the growth of the muscular component of carcasses and individual muscles of Simmental and crossbred bulls during the formation and maturation of sexual function. The intensity of the growth of individual muscles and their complexes was judged by the deviations of their growth factors in a greater or lesser direction relative to those of the total muscle mass of the carcasses. The genotype of animals had a significant impact on the growth of muscle mass of carcasses.
