In article results of research the maintenance of serotonin-modulated anticonsolidated protein (SMAP), being in direct relations with the level of serotonin, in a brain of half-gramm, one-gramm, two-gramm and three-gramm young sturgeons 50 and 70-day's age are resulted. Research is executed by means of solid-phase im-munoenzymatic analysis with application of polyclonals antibodies to SMAP. The data, testifying that during maturation of young sturgeons brain decrease the activity of serotoninergical system is observed, having are obtained step character.
