Food, housing policy and health of population of Dagestan in the context of social reforms (1921-1926)

The article deals with the social issues that had to be solved by the Soviet government after the Civil war, including the financial situation of the population of Dagestan in these years. The financial situation is a set of conditions that constitute different sides of the material existence. It is food and the way to get it, salary and prices in the dynamic development, health and its safety, the nature of social security and everyday life.
