Characteristics of cerebral hemodynamics in newborns undergoing chronic hypoxia

The article presents a literature review on cerebrovascular pathology in infants born with chronic hypoxia. The author presents the results of the study of endothelin-1, a marker of endothelial dysfunction and some indicators of hemostasis. In chronic intrauterine hypoxia, it was found that fibrinogen and endothelin-1 increase in the blood, which leads to hypoperfusion of brain hemodynamics.
