Characteristics of the functional state of the liver in patients with gallstone disease in the early postoperative period after laparoscopic cholestectomy

The article presents the results of the functional state of the liver in patients with cholelithiasis after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the early postoperative period. The data obtained indicate a diffuse lesion of all elements of the hepatic parenchyma, deep functional changes in the liver. To achieve favorable results of surgical treatment of cholelithiasis, it is necessary in the postoperative period to carry out treatment aimed at normalizing metabolism in hepatocytes, including both drug therapy and formed resort factors.
