The Adidas company is based solely on the creation of an internal personnel reserve. The formation of an internal reserve is carried out through the assessment of competencies. Thanks to this approach, the company creates an opportunity for career growth and gets competent employees. The article reveals the issues of personnel potential formation, shows the dynamics of the number of employees, as well as the structure and staffing of the Adidas company in the period from 2018 to 2020. In addition, the reasons for staff turnover and the employee motivation system are considered.
