Характеристика экспрессии и 19 синдекана-1 (CD138) в клетках опухоли и фибробластах стромы плоскоклеточного рака языка

Была проведена оценка экспрессии синдекана-1 (CD138) в клетках опухоли и фибробластах стромы плоскоклеточного рака языка. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о том, что изменение дифференцировки плоскоклеточного рака языка сопровождается изменением экспрессии опухолевыми клетками синдекана-1, а при изучении экспрессии данного белка необходимо обращать внимание, как на количество экспрессирующих синдекан-1 опухолевых клеток, так и на качество экспрессии (слабая, умеренная, сильная), ее гетерогенность. Экспрессия синдекана-1 в фибробластах стромы плоскоклеточного рака языка определяется редко и является очаговой и слабой.
