Characteristics of the personnel education system of the city of Orenburg

The relevance of the chosen research topic is related to the fact that the quality of education is largely determined by the staffing of educational institutions. The purpose of the study is to study the dynamics and structure of employees of preschool and general education organizations in Orenburg. The main research methods are data processing methods - quantitative and qualitative analysis using mathematical statistics methods. As a result of the research, the qualitative and quantitative composition of the Orenburg education system has been studied.
