Characteristics of the scale and direction of (de) solidarization in modern Russian society (based on the results of social media analysis)

The article presents the results of an applied study of solidarization and desolidarization processes in modern Russian society, implemented on the base of the analysis of the Russian-language segment of social media in 2023-2024. The authors note the general positive tone of information flows of (de)solidarization associated with the stable dominance of the contexts of civil and political solidarity in the digital environment throughout the entire observation period. The article records and describes the nature of the spontaneous increase in solidarity of citizens in social media, the problem of youth involvement in desolidarization information flows, the risks of information impact and political attacks on the solidarity of Russian society, as well as regional unevenness in the involvement of citizens in information flows of a solidarizing nature.
