This article is devoted to the consideration of the model of consumer behavior based on the following criteria: degree of satisfaction from a purchase, the presence of repeat purchases and the attitude of consumers to information received from the enterprise. The reasons for customers of enterprises refer to a particular type of consumer behavior are described, as well as ways to interact with consumers of each type of this model of behavior are proposed.
