This article presents the results of physiological and morphological parameters of blood, as well as histological studies of changes in the heart muscle of hamsters with the combined use of biologically active substances after physical exertion. According to our data, the morphofunctional characteristic of the cardiac muscle and the blood picture are most favorable in a group of animals that were given a combination of tincture of magnolia vine and an adsorbed drone brood after physical exertion. We note that the structure of the heart without significant changes. The blood vessels of various calibers are moderately full, in combination with some stagnation of blood. Full blooded capillaries are found in isolated cases.
