Dynamic clinical-biochemical study of content of neuron-specific enolase and apoptosis inhibitor - brainderived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) - in blood serum of 102 premature neonates with different gestational age and various severity of hypoxic lesion of CNS was performed using method of immune-enzyme analysis. It was determined that these indices may be used as additional criteria of early diagnosis and an estimation of perinatal lesions of CNS severity. Dynamics of content of neuron-specific enolase and brain-derived neurotrophic factor depends on severity of perinatal hypoxia.
