In work data on the characteristic of introducted grades of sea-buckthorn to botanical garden of KBSU on such parameters as seeds germination, survival of cuttings, year increase of shoots, juice exit from fruits and biochemical structure of the last are provided. The question of creation the republican specialized sea-buckthorn high-quality farm of garden type is brought up.
