Based on the data of psychological and pedagogical consultations with children who will go to the first grade, we can say unequivocally - all children are individual, each has its own degree of readiness for training, their interests and their expectations from the school. Based on the classic version of the construction of the lesson, the teacher focuses on the average indicators of knowledge in students. The formation of personality in the concept of modern education is provided, first of all, through the formation of universal educational actions (hereinafter-UUD), forming a solid basis for the entire process of education. Mastering students UUD provides an opportunity for children to self-effective assimilation of the received knowledge and skills, in the main measure of the organization of assimilation, that is, the main competence of training is formed-the ability to learn. The article considers the types of universal educational actions, as well as all mental operations, namely analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization of educational information.
